Process:
EAF+LF+VD+ESR+ Forged+ Annealed+Grinded/Machined
Annealed: 860-890℃, hardness ˇÜ229HB
Quenching: 1020-1050℃, oil cooling or air cooling
Tempering: 560-580℃, hardness: 47-49HRC, twice tempering
Surface condition: black , grinded or machined/ turned.
Inspection: ultrasonic test, according to SEP1921 D/d or as your requirements.
